Peacefully at Jessica’s House, with family by her side, on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Michael Winbow (2020) for over 56 years. Dear mother of Charene and Mark Winbow-Deacon of Hawkesbury Upton, England and Craig and Kim Winbow of Exeter. Grandmother to Sam Deacon; Grace Winbow and Cory Gough, and Jenni Winbow. Great Grandmother to Evan and Jenni’s children Olivia, Reid, and Lennon Winbow. Dear sister of Elizabeth and Gordon Tuck of Luckington, England. Remembered by many nieces, nephews, and family friends in Canada and England. Predeceased by her parents John ‘Jack’ and Eva (Horn) Ryan, her infant son (1968), grandsons Ben (1997) and Evan (2021).
Christine and Michael immigrated to Canada in 1965. Settling in London, and then moving to the family farm on Sunshine Line, Woodham in 1974.
A casual come and go celebration of life will be held at the Lions Youth Centre, 125 John Street West, Exeter on Wednesday, March 15 from 3-5 PM. Cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held in the Exeter Cemetery. Haskett Funeral Home, EXETER entrusted with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers donations to Jessica’s House would be appreciated by the family.

I am so sadden by the passing of Christine. We had become special buddies in the short time that we knew each other. I will always cherish the times we spent together whether it was just silently being together, sharing stories and laughter, discussing life, or the few road trips we did just to get out of the house.
