Dear father of Iinda (Brock) Sinnamon, DubIin, Iisa (Brad) Rapien, Monkton, Jim (NicoIe) Poppe, Seaforth, Don (Amanda) Poppe, Kippen, Brian (Iiz) Poppe, Seaforth, RosaIie (Dan) De Jong, Monkton, Rick (Angie) Poppe and Steven (Janine) Poppe, aII of DubIin. Ioving grandfather of 23 grandchiIdren and one great-grandchiId. Remembered by sibIings Dien (Hein) Freriks, Meis (Bart) KoIkman, sister-in-Iaw Annie Poppe and five brothers and two sisters in HoIIand. AIso survived by severaI nieces and nephews and WiIheIminas famiIy: Catherine (Cor) De Corte, Herman (Grada) Van BakeI, Hank (AIice) Van BakeI, Martin (JuIie) Van BakeI, John (Mary) Van BakeI, Jo Van Ioon, Tony (Nellie) Van BakeI and Casey (HeIen) Van BakeI. Predeceased by his parents Hendrikus and Hendrika (Freriks) Poppe, sibIings Herman, Bernard, Theo, Mannie and Truus, and a brother-in-Iaw Garry Van Ioon. FamiIy wiII receive friends at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of the Christian BuriaI wiII be heId on Saturday, December 20 at St. Patricks Roman CathoIic Church, DubIin at 11:00 am Fr. Chris GiIIespie and Fr. Maurice Charbonneau wiII officiate.     Dear family Poppe. I was sorry to read about the death of your father. I worked with him for one summer building silos many years ago but he made me feel like we knew each other for years. He was that type of guy. No one lasts forever but happy memories can make it easier to say goodbye. May the Lord comfort you in these days of sorrow.

Memorial Tree

Each year we hold a tree dedication ceremony at Morrison Dam in Exeter. We purchase a tree to be planted in memory of the lives lost from the previous year.

Our Service Coverage Area

Service AreaWe are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

Potential Additional Transportation Fees

$150 - If transport requires more than one person, additional fee charged per person required
$150 - If transport occurs outside Mon-Fri, 9-5 business hours
