Peacefully with family by her side, on Saturday, April 16th, 2016 of Exeter and formerly of Crediton in her 78th year. Cherished wife of Bill Wilds for 59 years. Dear mother of Mark and Janice Wilds of Strathroy, Brian and Lynda Wilds of Calgary, Dianne and Skweeze Gaiser of Crediton, Brenda and the late Grant (2015) Jones of Hensall, Peggy and Andre Ducharme of Exeter, and Janet Wilds and Ken Webb of Port Franks. Loving grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 14. Mavis is survived by 5 brothers and 3 sisters and predeceased by 1 brother. Fondly remembered by Bill’s siblings and many nieces and nephews. Mavis loved flowers, her gardens, but most of all enjoyed playing bingo with her neighbourhood friends.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Thursday, April 21st from 9:30-10:30AM where the memorial service will be held at 11AM with Pastor John E. Trembulak III officiating. Cremation with interment Crediton Cemetery.
Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee.
