Posted By Haskett Funeral Home On August 4, 2020 @ 4:16 PM In Exeter,Obituary | 136 Comments
With deepest sorrow, we announce Brock Weiss passed away suddenly on August 2, 2020, at the age of 41. Proud father of the love of his life, Cloey of Hensall. Cherished son of Bill Weiss and Deb Ferguson of Exeter and Joan Weiss and Steve Smith of Monkton. Much loved brother of Lance and Teri Weiss of Varna, and Daryl and Susana Weiss of Langton. Greatly missed by his nieces and nephews, MacKenna, Olivia, Logan, Kian, and Jax. Adored grandson of Reita Tanner of Hanover. Brock will be remembered by many extended family members and friends. Predeceased by his grandparents Gordon Tanner, Edward David, and Willibald and Susan Weiss.
Brock had a smile and laugh that lit up any room he walked into. Our hearts are broken, the love for his daughter, his family and his friends will be forever remembered by all of those who knew him. Brock was fun loving guy, an avid sports person and a big fan of the Boston Bruins.
To have you as our son, was the greatest gift of all. With aching hearts, we will miss you son, and we love you so much.
A celebration of Brock’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation with a private family interment at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Cemetery, Formosa.
Donations to Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.

Our hearts are broken and heavy with sadness for you; our sincerest sympathy to all of you on the loss of your beloved Son, Daddy, Brother, Grandson, and Uncle, Brock. There are not enough words to help with the pain and sorrow that you are all experiencing right now. It is so difficult to understand why these things happen to such good people. Saying goodbye is always heartbreaking especially when that person was taken at such a noticeably young age. I hope it brings you some comfort knowing how much Brock loved all of you unconditionally and appreciated how much you were there for him in every way possible. May you find peace in knowing you were the best “Family” Brock had. Remember his devoted love of those he held dear and keep the happy and joyful memories close to your hearts. The wonderful times and memories you each have shared, will bring a warm smile to your heart. Reminisce with a smile or even a tear for Brock and know his spirit will be guiding you and with you always.
Please find strength by leaning on your family, friends, neighbours and faith for comfort and support. Take all the time needed to grieve as there is no set time.
Our family will hold you and you family in our thoughts and prayers in the upcoming weeks, months ahead as you grieve. Treasure the memories and know the love shared . . . . . lasts eternally. May God keep you in his loving arms, as you grieve and celebrate Brock’s life. He is now resting in the arms of the Angels and his earthly struggles are over.

When I think of Brock, I cannot help but smile. He loved to be surrounded by others, especially his family. He always made everyone feel included and was a joy to be around. However, you never wanted to dare him to do anything. I unfortunately made that mistake once… he then threw me over his shoulder and threw me directly in the lake!! All joking aside, Brock will be dearly missed by anyone that ever met him. He loved life and I truly believe this was due to his amazing and supportive family!! Wishing you comfort and peace in the days ahead.
Sending our deepest sympathies to Brock’s family….May all your loving memories help ease your sorrow….know that Brock is at peace and watching over his loving family
