Peacefully with family by his side at the Exeter Villa on Thursday, December 26, 2019 of Hay Township at the age of 93. Loving husband of Elaine (Carlile) Weido for 68 years. Dear father of Ray Weido of Zurich and his friend Lynn, Gerald and Janet Weido of Exeter, and Catherine and Richard Heimpel of Kitchener. Dear grandfather of Gennette Weido, Chris and Amy Weido; Angela and Scott Riddell, Amy and James Miles, Jeff and Michelle Weido; Mandy Heimpel, and Lisa and Mark Donatelli. Dear great-grandfather of 6. Predeceased by his parents Lauretta and Wilfred Weido, brother Clifford and his wife Dorothy.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery, Zurich. Haskett Funeral Home, ZURICH entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to the Exeter Villa or the St. Peters Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family.
