Passed away peacefully at her home, with her family by her side on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late John Turner (1994). Cherished mother of Maria (Jeff Stone) Topor, Beth (Randy) Rightmyer, Joseph (Candie) Topor. Adored nana of Reilly (Karen), Joe (Mandy), Braidyn (Steve), Brianne (Curtis), and Amanda and great-nana of Damien, Destiny, Domnicue, Kiki, Cal, Keagan, Brantly, Colton, Olivia, Nolen, Clark, Austin, and Lucas and great-great-nana of Bently. Dear sister of Gaza and Ildikó Ivancsics. Fondly remembered by her good friends Betty Lee and Ruby and her special friend Mimi (Lyn Desjardins). Predeceased by her grandson John Topor (2022), great-granddaughter’s Skyla Rivet (2009), and Blakely Topor (2022).
In keeping with Marya’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family graveside will be held at Egmondville Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Homes, Seaforth (519-235-1220).
