Garry Scott Trevithick, of Nairn tragically passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 in his 67 year. Beloved husband of Dianne (Shipway) for 46 years. Dear father of Wendy Trevithick Link – London and Scott Trevithick – Denfield. Cherished grandfather (aka POP) of Kailey Link. Survived by his mother Dorothy and predeceased by his father Lee Trevithick. Survived by his brother Brian, sister Carol (Doug) Whiteford, and brother Doug (Connie) – Ailsa Craig area. Sadly missed by the Shipway family formerly of Lucan. Greatly missed by his loyal companion ‘BUDDY’.
There will be a private family service, with interment Carlisle Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the London Humane Society.

Although I do not know Garry’s family, I have fond memories of Garry and Buddy together. Whether visiting at the dog park or here on the farm Garry and Buddy were always so sweet together. I recall how Buddy got spoiled at the drive thru with an ice cream and hamburger often. No two were ever so close a pair as owner and pet.
Garry was such a gentle man and so helpful. I know he will be missed greatly by many.
