Passed peacefully at home on December 29, 2020 at the age of 61. Beloved wife of Patrick Tobin for 29 years. Adored mother of Holly Hand and Patrick Tobin. Cherished grandma of Nathaniel, Breanna, Lorenzo, and Sophia. Cindy will be fondly remembered by her brothers and sisters Frances and Derrick, Dave, Brian, and Greg and Mary. She will also remembered by nephews and niece Brendan, Daniel, and Kelly. Predeceased by her parents Margaret and Francis Hand.
Cremation has taken place. Haskett Funeral Homes, Exeter (519-235-1220) entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to Big Brothers Big Sisters, South Huron or Huron Perth Children’s Aid Society would be appreciated the family.
