Passed away peacefully at Huronview Home for the Aged, with family by his side on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 of Clinton, formerly of RR 2 Kippen at the age of 97. Beloved husband of the late Clazina (Rodenburg) Timmermans (2013). Proud father of John and Ruth (Finkbeiner) Timmermans, Elaine (Timmermans) and Laverne Harburn, Peter and Debbie (Tower) Timmermans, and Dave and Shirley Timmermans. Proud Opa of Melissa Hendrick (Jon), Shane Timmermans (Pam), Kristen Harburn (Kyle Teichert), Ashley Sidles (Eric), Tom Harburn (Agathe Girold), Jennifer McBride (Allen), Jeffery Timmermans (Danielle), and Scott Timmermans (Kristan) and great-opa of Wyatt and Maia Hendrick; Madison and Gracie Timmermans; Dean and Owen Sidles; Sam, Wes and Madelyn McBride; Evelyn, Bennett, and Jacob Timmermans. Dear brother and brother-in-law of John Timmermans of Chatham, Peter and Francis (Otten) Timmermans of Stratford, Leen and Sya Timmermans of St. Thomas, and Walt and Louise Timmermans of Chiliwack, BC. Adrian will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews in both The Netherlands and Canada.
Predeceased by his parents Johannes and Emmigje (Oskam) Timmermans, and siblings and their spouses; Nita Stuuijk-van den Berg and Jan van den Berg, Anna Struijk Vreugenhil and Wim Vreugenhil, Emma Struijk Post and Arie Post, Niek Struijk and Cor Timmermans, Tina Struijk Hazeu and Wim Hazeu, Arie Timmermans and Sjaan Timmermans Harteveld, Ronnie Timmermans-Nauta, and Rina Timmermans.
Adrian farmed in RR 2 Kippen for many years. You could see him driving his Argo up and down the side road. He and Clazina loved to travel to various places. When he was at home, he loved to tend to the greenhouse and the gardens. His Faith was important to him, but above all he loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street South, EXETER on Monday, August 21st from 11 – 12:30, where Adrian’s funeral service will be held at 1 PM. Interment Egmondville Cemetery.

We may know Oom Aad already from at least 55 years ago that we visited Oom Aad and Tante Ina in Canada together with my parents Cor – & Aagje Rodenburg and my brother Harry. Remember the farm very well and the big maize fields around the farm. Oom Aad has visited Holland very often also combining by visiting his old comrades from the time he was in Indie. Since than we called often by talikng about the weather and the situation from the crops. Last time I spoke with him was on July the 12 th, where it was a bit difficult to understand him. I was chocked by hearing from my brother Harry that OomAad passed away and hope you are able by thinking via warm memories you have from Oom Aad.
