Dear mother of Marion McCarter of Exeter, Grant Thomson of Blanshard Township, Sharon and Blair Fletcher of London, and Mary Lou Thomson and Jack Hodgert of RR 1 Kirkton. Dear grandmother of Teresa and Joe Hendriks, Diane McCarter and Dave Stephen, Cheryl and Ernie Warden; Derek and Ro Thomson; Dale and Yong Fletcher, and Barry Fletcher and Dawn Foster; Amy and Barry Parsons, and Ann Marie Hodgert; great-grandmother of Heather, Sarah, Michael, Samantha, Courtney, Travis, Hailee, Ashlyn, Graham, Ryley, Brayden, Natalie, Janelle, and Percy; and great-great-grandmother of Alayah and Nevaeh. Predeceased by her grandson Graham Thomson (1992), son-in-law Laverne McCarter (2010), daughter-in-law Carol Hanna (2014), sisters Ethel Mills, Evelyn Mills, Elsie Walz, brother Harold Chittick, sister-in-law Janet Baker (2010), and her parents Robert and Maggie (Robertson) Chittick.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (1 street west of Main) on Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30 AM, where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 23rd at 11 AM with Pastor Elly Dow officiating. Interment Kirkton Union Cemetery.
Donations to the Exeter United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
