Surrounded by her family at Craigwiel Gardens on February 25, 2023 of Denfield and formerly of Lucan at the age of 78. Beloved wife of Bob for over 48 years. Loving mother Katherine Angehrn and Peter of Thamesford. Proud grandma of JR. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Rick DeBlock (Carnie) of Lucan, Vicki Davis (Tom) of London, Jo-Anne Stewart of Kamloops BC, Glen Stewart (Liz) of Denfield, Janet Stewart of Ilderton, Terry May of Strathroy, Gordon Stewart (Rita) of Victoria B.C. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Val (Griffiths) and Albert DeBlock, parents-in-law Pat (Thompson) and Pete Stewart, and brother-in-law Bob May.
Jackie was always up for a drive even if there was no destination in mind. She loved to sit and watch the water and enjoyed the beach. Special Thanks to ALL the staff at Craigwiel Gardens in Ailsa Craig for their compassion and care of Jackie.
In keeping with Jackie’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private celebration will be held at a later date. Interment Telfer Cemetery. Donations to the Craigwiel Gardens – Building A New Craigholme, or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

Jackie was always able to make me smile. She was such a happy, sweet, loving, and caring woman. And her sense of humor was definitely one of a kind.
I will miss her terribly and I know I speak on behalf of all the Craigwiel staff when I say, our days will never be the same without her.

Jackie was a very hard working lady. Not one leaf it seemed would fall or one blade of grass grew longer than she thought it should before she was outside cutting the lawn and working in the flower beds and rest of the yard. Inside and out her home was her castle and she kept it beautifully. She was there when you needed her and was always ready to lend a hand. We will always remember her little wise cracks she would give us all to keep us in check. You have left us all with so many memories and for that we say “Thank You” until we meet again.
