Peacefully surrounded by her family at Clinton Public Hospital on January 14, 2022 of Varna at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Paul Stephenson for over 51 years. Cherished mother of Shellie Riley (Dan) of Egmondville, Cheryl VandenHeuvel (Rein) of Seaforth, Suzanne Dale (Donnie) of Blyth. Loving grandma of Mitchell, Lexxi, Hunter; Deric, Chelsea; Colby, Connor, Carleigh. Dear sister of Sharon McClure (Bill), Dale Taylor (Ray), Valerie Musselman, Neil Beuerman (Joan), Glen Beuerman (Marilyn), Betty McCallum (Ron) and sister-in-law of Grace Partridge (Tom). Predeceased by parents Margaret (McMurran) and Orville Beuerman and brother-in-law Mike Musselman.
In keeping with Elaine’s wishes cremation has taken place. Donations to the Diabetes Canada, Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation, or the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

As kids I remember your mom for being fearless of heights. Running the barn beams.
Tough as nails feet. Racing down gravel lane ways was like running on sand. Snotty noses. Water trough swimming pools. She had endless energy. We all had fun.
As we all grew up, dated, married, kids….our lives took different paths.
Elaine sat with Dolores and I all day that Saturday when mom was failing. We covered a lot of memories that day. I thank her for that.
