Our deepest and hearfelt sympathy to each one of you. It’s hard to express what Shirley meant to us, and to so many others. She was a treasured friend with a beautiful heart to love and serve others. She was such a joy to work alongside of at church, and always willing to help, whether in the kitchen or the nursery. Countless numbers of children benefited from her loving care over many years. We think of her now, rejoicing with her Savior and loved ones gone before, but we also know she leaves a large void in the hearts of many here. May you be encouraged and comforted by God’s everlasting love.

I was so sad to hear about Shirley’s passing. She was one of my cherished regulars at The Malibu, and I always loved seeing her and Ken or Barb come in.
