At Seaforth Community Hospital on Friday, September 19, 2008 Rudith A. (Cake) (Forrest) McConnell of RR #1 Bayfield and formerly of Granton in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Ken McConnell and the late Larry Forrest (1985). Dear mother of Lorna and Paul Coward of London, Larry and Teri Forrest of Strathroy, Darlene Ellis of Windsor, Ray McConnell of Toronto and Terry and Carman McConnell of Brantford. Dear grandmother of Becky and Will; Shawn, Emily, Kyle and Kole; Jason and Alysha; Tawny and Vanessa; Brandon, Tyler, Jeremy and Miranda and great-grandmother of Skylar and Matthew. Dear sister of Rose, Bonnie and Betty and sister-in-law of Grace. Predeceased by a daughter Penny (1972). Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Monday, September 22nd at 11 AM with Pastor Doug Watson officiating. Interment Granton Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
