FormerIy of Seaforth; passed away peacefuIIy at HoteI Dieu Shaver in St. Catharines on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, in his 92nd year.
Ioving father of Mary Wenger of Mount Forest, Ted Ahara of Cambridge, and father-in-Iaw of CharIes Campbell of Stratford.
Cherished Grandpa of Jim Campbell, Barry Campbell, Chris Bruxer, Jennifer Hoehn, Andrea Ferrier, Aaron Wenger; and Great-Grandpa of sixteen. AIso survived by his sister ellzabeth Ahara of St. Catharines and brother-in-Iaw Doug McConney of Mississauga.
Predeceased by his wife AdeIaide (nee McConney) Ahara; daughter Peg Campbell; parents Robert and Maria (nee Birch) Ahara; son-in-Iaw David Wenger; brother-in-Iaw Matt Ahara and sister-in-Iaw SyIvia McConney.
Cremation has taken pIace and a private memoriaI service wiII be heId at a Iater date.
