Rachel’s bubbly personality will certainly be missed on Neil Road. We remember her last halloween visit to our place and don’t know who was going to miss halloween more Rachel, ( because she was in grade 8 then and no longer going to trick or treat) or Allan because he would miss his annual community halloween visits and “treats”. Cherish those moments and we will be looking for that bright star in the sky tonight that looks a little newer than the rest. Rachel will continue to be an inspiration to us all. The Cunningham family…….Although we didn’t know Rachel personally, our granddaughter Yvonne did. They started school together & quickly became good friends. We have heard Rachel’s name spoke often, during that time & it was always with great respect & admiration. A lot of hearts are aching right now. To lose a child is a terrible thing, but to lose one, so young, is the worse. I understand she was a very strong, brave young girl. Our prayers & thoughts are with your family at this most difficult time. May your faith give you strength & comfort. Rest in peace, Rachel.
