One of the primary skills we are looking for in an intern, is someone who is able to problem solve using common sense. These questions are samples of inquiries that are received in the funeral home on a daily basis. You will be empowered to answer these types of questions with access to our data management software, company email, calendar, contacts and our website.

You should be able to access the information you need without any additional credentials or access. There is a balance between providing accessible information and knowing when an inquiry may need to be forwarded on to another team member.
