At Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 formerly of Lucan in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Diane (Campbell) Opfer of Lucan. Dear father of Mary Salcak (Rick) of Peterborough, Deborah Beck (Paul) of Hamilton and Cindy Larivee (Art) of Dublin. Dear grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Missed by his twin sister Grace Coghlin and her husband Mac. Dear brother-in-law of Jim and June Campbell of Glencoe, Dan and Pat Campbell of Lucan and Janice and Harvey Walters of Thamesford. Son-in-law of Lillian Campbell of Lucan.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan one hour prior to a memorial service, which will be held on Wednesday, January 16th at 11 AM with Ken Whiting officiating. Cremation with interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, London.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

I have many, many fond memories of Uncle Gord, and I offer my sincere condolences to all of you at this time.
