I enjoyed the time i spent with louise in the barn over the years shearing. Louise’s character was inspiring. Left me smiling after a hard days work. Alton & Louise treated me so well. Gracious she was to have me leave with a box of chocolates everytime and a meal or two. A comforting home and family i enjoyed to be around i am deeply sorry for your loss. Louise put hardwork into her sheep. My hopes to those sheep she made the positive impact on to continue to breed on and thrive! I’ll remember Louise.

My heart goes out to you all, what a special person Louise is! A caring person with a great heart, she was always welcoming and made anyone feel at ease even if you were meeting her for the first time. Hard working, helpful and the best smile that could light up a room or barn! There is a lot of 4-H kids and leaders out there that she helped and encouraged to do there best to become better stewards for there families and communities! She will be missed by everyone that ever had the privilege of meeting her.

    Alton, Reid and Family,

We are so sorry to hear of Louise’s passing. She was a kind and caring woman with a heart of gold. We will never forget all the time we spent at the farm working with our show lambs for the fairs. Lousie was always out at the barn offering us advice or helping us trim and bathe our lambs. May your memories help to give you comfort during this time of sorrow.
