    Susan
Just notice this on the internet and was wondering if you attended London Teacher’s college in the early 1970.
The Susan I am looking for had a bridesmaid named Carol and the three of us attended teacher’s college together. If you are this person could you please email me. Thank you.

Our deepest condolences to you all. I recently retired from Petro-Canada and a friend past on the news about Dave to me today. I worked with Dave many times but will remember a time when he invited my wife and I and a few of our kids over for a swim when we we were camping in Grand Bend. Susan and Dave were very gracious hosts. He will be missed by many.

Dear Susan, Michelle, Jon & Families:

There are never enough words to express our heartfelt sympathy at this extremely difficult time. Our hearts are broken for all of you. May the loving memories you have of your husband, father and grandfather live on in all of hearts forever. May God keep you in his loving arms as you grieve and celebrate his life. Dave is no longer suffering from such a horrible disease although he put up a great fight because of the strength he received from his loving family and friends. He is now resting in the arms of the angels and may his journey to the next life be as great as he was. You all have so many wonderful family, friends, neighbours and community behind you, caring, loving, and supporting you. Rely on these people who love you so very dearly to help you through the healing process. We wish you peace, comfort and strength to face the difficult days ahead and we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal.” Our deepest sympathies go out to you and your extended families.

    Hugs!

Dear Susan, Jon, Michelle, Terry & Delaney:
I am deeply saddened to learn of the loss of your beloved husband, father and grandfather, taken from you far too soon. I understand Dave fought a courageous battle with cancer, knowing he had the loving support of his family, at his side along the way. There are no words at this time to lessen your heavy burden of grief from your hearts. I viewed the pictures you posted and know they were only a snippet of the memories you gathered during your years together. My prayer is that these memories will give you support when needed, give you a smile when needed, and manage to give you the feeling of love he felt for you, his family when needed. My memories of you and Dave are mainly from our years at South Huron District High School. Although I am currently in Mexico and unable to give my respects in person; please know I am thinking of you, and extend my sincerest condolences at this sad and difficult time.

Dear Susan, Jon, Michelle, Terry & Delaney: Our hearts are heavy and saddened to hear of Dave’s passing. I scrolled through all the pictures before sending this and there are so many happy memories and good times shared during Dave’s life with family and friends. Hang on to those memories and he will always be with you. I don’t have a lifetime of memories but my association with him at Knox Bayfield will always be special and bring smiles to my face remembering our great chats, BBQ’s at the yard sale, and the association with his Mom, Elizabeth for many years. Susan, we have journeyed and prayed for you and Dave since his cancer diagnosis and we will always be there for you and your family as you mourn the loss of a wonderful, husband, father, and grandfather.
With heartfelt sympathy, Brenda and Mark McLean
