A better friend and neighbor one could never have. Cliffy would help you at a moment’s notice – mostly with great success using his” know how” but sometimes with the odd failure ( flood while fixing water pipe!). Always great fun, laughs and ready for celebration . Many happy memories of our over 50 year connection. The world has lost a “great guy” .
