With family by her side at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Saturday, October 5, 2024 of Sebright in her 80th year. Dear wife of Don Masnica for over 64 years. Beloved mother of Pauline and Darrell Preszcator of Centralia, Ed and Stacey Masnica of Cumberland Beach, Connie and Kevin Elliott of Lucan, Patty Masnica of Exeter, and Rodney and Jill Masnica of Sebright. Proud grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 11. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Sandra and John Ulch, Donna and Fred Brock, Arn Westelaken, Rob and Julie Dickey, and Marlene Forrest. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Pat and Laura Dickey, siblings Mary Brock (Clayt), Dorothy Peat (Bruce), Judy Westelaken, and son-in-law Dale Passmore.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street South, EXETER on Friday, October 11th from 6-8 PM, where Joyce’s funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 12th at 10:30 AM. Interment Exeter Cemetery.
A celebration of Joyce’s life will be held on Sunday, November 3rd from 2 – 4 PM at the Dalton Community Centre, Sebright.
Donations to Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital or Hope for Wildlife would be appreciated by the family.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee.
