To the McCall families our sincere sympathy and condolences on the loss of a VERY special Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

Mary was one of the most kind hearted, giving and generous woman we ever had the privilege to know and enjoy talking with. She always took the time to stop and chat and ask after all those she knew and catch up on everyone&&single&&s whereabouts and news. She never appeared in a hurry to be somewhere, standing on the streets of Seaforth was as good a place as any to talk!

Marci spoke about her special letters and my family was fortunate to receive one of her letters upon the loss of Bill/Dad. Her kind remembrances and thoughts of him were special to read at our time of loss, as she spoke of memories that stood out for her and are still special for us to read today. She had an exceptional way about her and spoke from the heart to give comfort to others.

So, well it may not be in “cursive” as she would have done, we do want to pay tribute to her specialness and all her kind deeds and expressions of love she gave to others in their time of loss, and at other times as well.

May you find comfort in your memories and your “special letters” that I&&single&&m sure she shared with all of you.

    Fondly remembered,
    Marjory Humphries & Family

Mary was a one of a kind to so many people. No one will ever know of the many kind deeds she did so quietly in the community with no expecation in return. We will now miss looking forward to the first Christmas card and letter each year, catching us up on the family happenings. The 13th of McKillop has been a blessed community, and will long be remembered as a great community to have grown up in. Our condolences to each of you.

To all in the McCall family- I have many wonderful memories of Mary. As a young girl I looked forward to the special birthday cakes she made (with a Barbie doll in the centre and the cake as her skirt); and then her birthday phone calls through the years. She was truly a fine lady and will be missed.

I&&single&&m sure Mary would be thinking of all her friends and how she could help or comfort them right until she took her last breath. That was just her style and the reason we loved her. She was our “angel on earth” and will forever be remembered.

    May 7, 2015 at 4:00 PM

To all Mary&&single&&s family, It is difficult to know where to start when thinking of wonderful memories. Mary & Stewart welcomed newcomers to our neighbourhood and as children were born, the birthday cakes arrived on their special days. Upon completion of installation of the silo unloader in the new silo, Mary prepared a full course meal (at 11 pm at night) for staff of McGavin Farm Equip!! It was welcomed by all! Mary displayed her special touch when she prepared food for the annual Walton turkey supper – little cheese pumpkins for each piece of pumpkin pie. We cherish her memory with fondness.
