Joyce: We are saddened to read that Pat is gone. It was such a great picture of him in the paper. Because of weather and road concerns, we didn’t get to see you. It was always a pleasure to have Pat drop in to see us when he was in Clinton. There were always some laughs and shared memories. Both my mother and brother John were really fond of him. We will miss his visits. Our thoughts are with you and your family. Jane and Fred Radley

    Dear Joyce and family,
Please accept our family’s sincere condolences at the loss of your spouse, father and grandfather, Pat.
Neil and I have fond memories of the Marrinans busing us both to Mt. Carmel School and of growing up on #4 Highway, R.R. #1, Clandeboye as your family did.
Neil’s girl friend, Robyn is a waitress at the Malibu and was upset at the news of his passing as Pat and Joyce were two of her favourite regular Friday night customers. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in peace.

He definitely made a positive impact on the community. Font memories on the Mt Carmel school bus, particularly when he would speed up over the hill (hey bus driver, speed up a little bit …) so the bus got a little air and make everyone’s stomach jump. He and Dad seemed to shared the same sense of humour too!!! He will be missed.

My sympathy to the Marrinan family. You have lost a husband, father, grand father, friend: but he has left a legacy of memories, laughs, tears. The Marrinans were running buses before I came to the community. It was an honour and fun to know and work with Pat and Joyce and know their family as students at Mt. Carmel School, and after.

The Irish eyes and wit abound in heaven with the addition of another Irish soul!
