Passed away at Huron Perth Health Care Alliance, Stratford on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Loving and cherished son of Jaclyn Matheson and Travis MacDonald. Adored brother of Mackenzie, Jack, and Zackary. Loving grandson of Dave and Debbie Matheson, Bill and Eileen Mawson, and Dennis MacDonald. Loving great-grandson of John and Audrey Hake, Corry Price, and Dennis and Louise MacDonald. Loving nephew of Sarah Matheson, Tylor MacDonald, Jennifer MacDonald, Emma Haskett, and Gaige Mawson.
Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Home, Exeter (519-235-1220).
Donations to a Trust Fund for Tanner’s siblings would be appreciated by the family and can be made through Haskett Funeral Home, or Royal Bank of Canada, Exeter .
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).
