Peacefully with her family at her side at the Seaforth Community Hospital on Friday, October 31, 2008 Laurena (Rena) (McNicol) Young of Egmondville and formerly of Exeter in her 91st year. Beloved wife of James Young. Loving mother of Norma Khan of Seaforth and Judy Damjanov of Beamsville. Rena will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Dale Jones, Kelly and Dan Morrison, Todd and Karen Jones and Adam Damjanov. Great-grandmother of Devon and Riley Jones. Dear sister of Kaye Cooper and Bev McNicol. Predeceased by her daughter Joan, sisters Aileen Traquair, Velma Dick and Muriel Moffat and brothers Eldrid, Alvin and John McNicol. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Tuesday, November 4th one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held at 2:30PM with Bob Heywood officiating. Cremation with Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
