Peacefully at his home with his family by his side on June 3, 2018 of St. Marys, in his 85th year. Dear husband of the late Leona Hodgson (1997). Beloved partner of Evelyn Harrigan. Loving father of Phyllis and Kent May of Ridgetown, Carol and Ken Hughes of St. Marys, and Darren and Angie Klumpers of St. Marys. Loving grandpa of Dave and Ashley, Rebecca, Viki and Jamie, Gerrit, Shelby and Patrick, Isaac, and Sydney. Loving-great grandpa of Nora. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Dine and Gerrit Smeyers, Eke Klumpers all of Holland, and Phyllis and Allan Gregory of St. Marys. Predeceased by his brother Albert Klumpers.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 6th at 1:30 PM with Pastor Paul Vollick officiating. Interment Granton Cemetery.
Donations to Villages United Church, Granton or Happy Valley Family Health Team would be appreciated by the family.
