At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Thursday, December 4, 2014 of Hensall in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of M. Jenny (Jolly) Kipfer. Dear father of Dorothy and Gordon Page of London, David and Hessie Kipfer of Varna, Shelley and Gary Dayman of London. Dear grandfather of Dan Jr., Jacob; Shawn, Greg, Terry, Jeff; Karen, Jenifer, Jeremy; Chris, Jason, Bryce, Angela; and great-grandfather of 36. Predeceased by his daughter Lynda (1999), son Daniel (April 2014), sister Erma Winsor, and brother Ivan. Cecil was a WWII veteran, and the Hensall Postmaster for over 35 years. He loved his family and his country.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (1 street west of Main) on Saturday afternoon 2-4 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Exeter Pentecostal Tabernacle, 670 Main Street, Exeter on Sunday, December 7th at 2 PM with Pastor Bob Loohuizen officiating. Cremation with interment Bairds Cemetery, Bluewater (Stanley Township).
Donations to the South Huron Hospital Foundation or the Exeter Pentecostal Tabernacle would be appreciated by the family.

Jenny and family, I’m so sorry to hear of your loss of Cecil but also shocked to see in the memorial that you also lost Dan this year too. I remember many good times with you when we were living in Hensall. I often think of the raspberries in your yard, your big garden, and the kids getting quarters from their dad for good marks at school. I know God will give you the strength you need, day by day.
