Kenneth Noah Hartman

February 27, 1945 – March 20, 2004. Ken, formerly of Toronto, died at his home in Grand Bend after a courageous 2 1/2 year battle with cancer.  Ken was a devoted husband, best friend and soul mate to Elizabeth, his wife of 36 years and loving father to his son Michael and girlfriend Anna Andreyko of Toronto. Dear son of Julie Hartman of Hanover and the late Clendon (1999), loving brother and brother-in-law to Garry and Wendy Hartman of Komoka, and uncle and great uncle to Steven, Roni, and Kristopher Hartman of  Komoka, and Chad, Lori, and Cole Hartman of Embro. He will be sadly missed and remembered by his mother-in-law June Hawkins of Stratford, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Judy and David May of Cambridge and Bill and Cathy Hawkins of Stratford. Also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Christopher and Krista May of Peterborough, and Andrew, Jeffrey, Daniel and Emily Hawkins of Stratford. He was predeceased by his father-in-law Chuck Hawkins (2000). At Ken’s request, cremation has taken place.  A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at Trivitt Memorial Anglican Church, Main Street S. Exeter, with The Rev. Fr. William Ward officiating. A reception will follow the service at Oakwood Inn Resort in Grand Bend. Flowers are gratefully declined.  Should friends so desire, donations may be made to the Toronto Humane Society, or Midwestern Adult Day Services in Clinton. Arrangements are entrusted to Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, Exeter, 1-877-235-1220. Condolences may be forwarded through www.hopperhockeyfh.com.
