Dear Jeanie, John Jr., Christine, Janice and family,
I was very sorry to read about the passing of John. He was the first police chief I remember meeting and that memory still holds strong. Although I was a little young to understand a great sense of humour, my parents thought John was fine, witty and charming storyteller.
    Kindest regards,
    Wendy
