It was an absolute pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet and spend my days with your mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I have only known Joan for 2 months but within those months she sure did find a special place in my heart. I enjoyed every minute I had with her…she was always kind, spoke to everyone and always had a smile for me. She sure was one of a kind. I know she will be missed by many and I hold some great memories of her. I really enjoyed the weekly cleaning visits I had with her and the stories she would share about her family. She was very proud of her family…I was lucky to have had a brief time with her. My sincere sympathy goes out to you all at this very sad time. I will miss her smile and her laugh…she was a lady who, when she walked into a room made you smile. She was one of a kind, a truly remarkable woman. I am honoured to have had the opportunity to meet and get to know her. Thinking of you all at this sad time.
