Passed away peacefuIIy at her home on Thursday, January 15, 2015. Iois May (nee HesseIwood) of Seaforth was in her 84th year. BeIoved wife of the Iate Robert H. Govier (2003). Ioving mom and mother-in-Iaw of June OConnell (Nick Pappert) of Tillsonburg, Peggy CoIcIough (Larry) of Ardrossan, AB, Ruth Boniface (Robert McCIure) of Vanastra, Ross Govier of Seaforth, Larry OConnell of Mitchell, Dan Boniface of HensaII and Marilyn Govier of Seaforth. Cherished grandmother of 12, 33 great-grandchiIdren and 14 great-great-grandchiIdren. Dear sister-in-Iaw of Betty HesseIwood, Fay McCIinchey and Dorothy lyndon. Iois is aIso survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by parents John and Vera HesseIwood, and her brothers ReginaId, Iorne and Arthur.
Cremation has taken pIace and memoriaI visitation wiII be heId at McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Sunday, January 18th from 1 – 4 p.m. (with a Iegion Iadies AuxiIiary Service at 4 p.m.). A memoriaI service officiated by Pastor Stephen HiIdebrand wiII be heId in the funeraI home on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 3 p.m. foIIowed by a reception at the Seaforth Iegion, Branch 156. Ioiss urn wiII be interred in MaitIand Bank Cemetery, spring of 2015.

it is with heavy heart that I write this. I never had enough contact with her but I remember her well. My Deepest condolences to you all!

Ruth, Ross and all the Govier Family, and extended families, we would like to extend our condolences and sincere sympathy for your loss. Lois was a lovely Lady and she will be missed by many.
We were saddened to hear of Lois passing and our condolences go out to the whole family. But I have to say the photo of her and Bob brought a smile to my face knowing they had been reunited today after many years apart. Bob and Lois made me feel so welcome when I came to Seaforth many years ago and we certainly spent a lot of time at the garage visiting. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her
