On behalf of myself and our congregation at Christ, Sarnia, our deepest condolences to you, Lynn and to Les’ family upon hearing of Rev. Les’ passing. Pastor Les was a wonderful friend and a Pastor to all of us during our various times of pastoral vacancy over the past 25 years or so; we will deeply miss his sense of humour, sharp wit and and his distinctive hardy chuckle. He was always a joy to be around and kept his sense of optimism and his faith, even when times were tough for both of us as a church body and when dealing with his health matters. He will be deeply missed by all of us who knew him at Christ Lutheran Church, Sarnia, Ontario over the past many years, may God provide His loving comfort to those who now mourn his passing.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. I will always remember Les with all his laughter and jokes, and his heart of gold. I am glad I got to know him. He will truly be missed but never forgotten for his impact on the world he leaves behind. Rest in peace Les – God loves you
Condolences Lynn to you and your family. We all have fond memories of Pastor Les.

So sad to hear of Les passing away today during our prayers in church. He will forever hold a very special place in my heart, as my Sunday School teacher at Warburg and the fun times with our Youth Group too! Hugs to you Cindy and Mike. It has been so long since our days hanging out together in Rostock and at Central Perth. But also in my mind it seems just like yesterday that we were kids. Praying you find comfort in knowing your Dad is in heaven with eternal peace forever! Hugs to all!
