HODGINS: Judith Lois “Judy” (Grier) of Lucan

Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, December 2, 2024 of Lucan, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late James Donald “Don” Hodgins (2020) for 52 years. Proud mom of Art and Carole Hodgins, and Lori and Mark Hickson all of Lucan. Adored grammy of Codi, Matthew, and Julia. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Adam and Violet Lorraine (Simpson) Grier and her sister Deanna Watt.

Judy was an avid golfer and with two holes in one, she rarely missed a day on the course. She was proud of her 10 years working with the brewery workers union. Her greatest pride and joy was spending time with her family (golf was a close second).

Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM, where a celebration of Judy’s life will be held on Friday, December 6th at 11 AM.

Stream the service live or at your convenience by visiting www.facebook.com/haskettfh

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, or JDRF Canada would be appreciated by the family.
