Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at LHSC – University Hospital on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 of Lucan Biddulph at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Cindy (Kittmer) Harrigan for over 39 years. Proud father of Ashly Harrigan, and Sean Harrigan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Ben and Anne, Dan and Ina, Dave and Cindy, Randy and Rose, Mark and Debbie, Phil, John and Nancy (Kittmer), Jamie and Rose Marie Kittmer, and Lori and Chris Johnson. Cherished son-in-law of Donna and late Jim Kittmer. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and his sister-in-law Diane Harrigan. Predeceased by his parents Jack (1993) and Evelyn (2022) Harrigan, sister Cheryl Anne Harrigan (1966), brother-in-law David Kittmer (2022), and nephew Adam Harrigan (2020).
Andy was a plumber by trade, but had a true passion for farming. He was a dedicated Montreal Canadiens fan. Above all, he enjoyed spending time on the farm with his family.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN on Saturday, December 2nd from 9 -11 AM, where Andy’s funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM. Interment St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Lucan.
Donations to LHSF – Regional Cancer Program or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Our hearts are deeply saddened at the passing of Andy. We have some very special memories of our families enjoying time together to watch our boys in sports. Seeing how all of you supported one another as a tight family was a great witness to all. All of you are appreciated for the laughs we shared.

To the Harrigan family:
Our deepest sympathy sounds trite and over used, but it’s the best words can offer. Losing a sibling is just awful, but we have to go through it and family and friends are there to be leaned on. Growing up just across Center Sideroad from the Harrigan clan, and being part of a large family also, I know that you’ll pull together and share each others’ grief. And thereby lessen it.
