Passed away peacefully at Jessica’s House, Exeter on Saturday, May 16, 2020 of Lucan, at the age of 76. Cherished wife of Frank Hardy for 57 years. Proud mom of Christa and Shane Allen of Nairn, and Philip Hardy and Sharon McMaster of Lucan. Adored grandma of Amber, and Ashley; Madyson, and Rebekah. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Betty and Stewart Dacosta of London, Doreen and Bob Jackson of Redlands, California, Pat and Ron Hutz of Windsor, Lois and Ivan Garrison of London, Bob Hardy, Wendy Hardy, Gord and Joanne Hardy all of Lucan, Julia Beadle and Greg Backwell of London, and Cheryl Curtis of Glencoe. Carol will be missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Ken and Velma (Beatson) Sholdice.
A private family funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th at 2 PM. Though the service is private, the family invites you to join with them from the comfort of your own home. A celebration of Carol’s life will be held at a later date when family and friends can gather together to share their love, support, and stories.
