HAIST: Robert (Bob) (Yompie) of Crediton

Sooner then expected on Saturday, May 3rd 2014 at his home in Crediton in his 66th year. Dear father of Tammy and Norm Roy of St. Thomas and Jason and Sarah Haist of Crediton. Dear poppa to Dillon and Bryanna. Loving brother of Marg and Don Wilson of Cayuga. Bob will be sadly missed by his nieces.

Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th at 10:30 AM.

Interment Crediton Cemetery. Donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

    Growing up on the farm across from your Dad and Margaret we spent many happy times together and then through the years as our boys played hockey together. Bob could always find the bright side in any happening and always had a smile.

    Sorry to hear of the passing of Bob. Its never easy to lose someone you love but at least now he is at rest and pain free. The best part is now he is with Uncle Les and Jim and they can reminise and drink coffee again.

    Jason and Tammy we are very sad to hear of Bob’s passing.He sat at our table many times for a meal and we enjoyed each others company.We was a wonderful friend and we will miss him terribly,he was not one to sit still and enjoyed driving and talking to people.He especially loved his grandchildren and spoke of them often.He fought a courageous battle with his illness.

Memorial Tree

Each year we hold a tree dedication ceremony at Morrison Dam in Exeter. We purchase a tree to be planted in memory of the lives lost from the previous year.

Our Service Coverage Area

Service AreaWe are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

Potential Additional Transportation Fees

$150 - If transport requires more than one person, additional fee charged per person required
$150 - If transport occurs outside Mon-Fri, 9-5 business hours
