GRANT: Alison M.I. of London

December 21, 2020 By Haskett Funeral Homes 55 Condolences

GRANT: Alison M.I. of London

Suddenly as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at the age of 37. Cherished mother to her 3 precious girls, Victoria Bryden, Alex Bryden, and Aria Grant. Much loved daughter of Brenda (McFalls) (Grant) Channer (David Hanes), and the late Frank Grant. Proud sister of Nick Grant, and aunt of Ferrin Grant. Adored granddaughter of Alice (Leitch) (McFalls) and George Hales. Fondly remembered by Steve Bryden. Niece of Paul and Terry McFalls, Joan McFalls, Carol Heming, MaryLou Haddad, and Lenore Hope. Alison will be missed by many cousins, and special friends in London, ON, London, England and across the UK. Predeceased by her grandparents Larry McFalls, and James and Mary Grant. With Alison’s wishes to donate her organs, she was able to provide a Christmas miracle, the gift of life. Her heart and her kidneys will live on through the lives of others, and for that, we are forever grateful.

A private family memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 23rd at 2:30 PM. Though the service is private, the family invites you to join with them from the comfort of your home. Stream the service live or at your convenience by visiting www.facebook.com/haskettfh. Cremation with interment Douglas Hill Cemetery, Paisley at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Home, Lucan (519-227-4211).

Donations to the Children’s Health Foundation or the Salvation Army’s Centre of Hope would be appreciated by the family.

Allison’s the most amazing friend one could ask for. When no one else was there, she always was.
The pain of her loss is immeasurable.
Her heart so big and kind,
I still can’t believe this. I just miss her so bad.
    Her absence is unjust.

I never had the honour of knowing Alison, but I received a life-giving kidney transplant 10 years ago. I would like to thank you for your selfless gift. I’m sure it wasn’t easy to honour her request. Bless you.
