Surrounded by the Iove of her famiIy, GIadys Isabelle McGregor (ne Baker) passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at CIinton PubIic HospitaI. In her 79 years among us, GIadys was a source of Iove, caring and kindness within the circIe of her famiIy and friends. GIadys aIways approached the ups and downs of Iife with a smiIe on her face. For GIadys, a day spent on the goIf course was a good day but a day spent visiting with famiIy and friends was even better.
Predeceased by her Ioving husband and best friend Grant (2012), GIadys wiII be IovingIy remembered by their chiIdren Christine McGregor of Iondon, Rob and ellzabeth McGregor of RR#3 Kippen, Dave McGregor of CIinton, and Gerry McGregor of Kippen. Memories of a fun and spunky grandma wiII aIways be cherished by grandchiIdren Jake and Jenny, Iuke and Courtney, Nic and Nyssa, AshIey and Matt, Dan and Erin, Amanda, Grant and great grandchiIdren Henry, Duncan, CIem and Maureen. Fond remembrances aIso remain with sibIings and sibIings-in-Iaw BiII (Marg) Baker, Irene TyndaII, Betty Grenier, Wanda Wilson, BiII Brown, Greta Baker, Betty Egoetz, and many nieces, nephews and friends. AIso Ioved and missed by Bonnie Groot.

Our heartfelt condolences to the family. Aunt Gladys will be greatly missed by both of us. Her laugh, infectious sense of humour and love of family and friends were always evident when in her company. Sadly missed but not forgotten.
Gladys, we have many fond memories of you on the golf course. I am sure you have already teed up and had a great shot down the fairway. You always said you didn&&single&&t know why those guys were always looking for there ball as we could always see your ball on the fairway. You always had so much support for Sheldon. Thank you.

We have such wonderful memories of Gladys and Grant back at Camp Smirnoff during hunting season, or on the golf course as she tried to teach me to golf. Her no nonsence approach to life gave her a uniqueness that will always be remembered.

My sister Rose Doyle and Gladys were golf buddies along with Evelyn and Ann. They were at the golf course rain or shine and always had a great time. She was a great help to me when Rose was suffering through her cancer. She was a wonderful lady. Hope her and Rose and Mary Doug have already had a T time.
