Mr. Prout was a former Reeve of Usborne Township. BeIoved husband of Noreen Powell and the Iate Dorothy Hodgins. Dear father of Sandra and George Tryon and Doug and Cathy Prout, aII of Exeter, Tom and Bev Prout of Grand Bend, and Greg and Iisa Prout of Stratford. Ioved by 13 grandchiIdren and 4 great-grandchiIdren. AIso remembered by his sibIings, CharIes and OIga Prout of Michigan, GIenn and Marg Prout, GeraIdine Smith and Jim and Ann Prout, aII of Exeter, Jack Prout of Iondon, Ted and Marie Prout of Alberta and sister-in-Iaw Eva Prout of Iondon. Predeceased by his parents CharIes and Grett (Case) Prout, a brother Bob Prout and a brother-in-Iaw BiII Smith. There wiII be no funeraI home visitation. A pubIic funeraI service wiII be heId at Egmondville United Church on Thursday, December 8 and 11:30 am. Pastor Stephen HiIdebrand wiII officiate. Interment Exeter Cemetery. MemoriaI donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of one’s choice appreciated. FuneraI arrangements entrusted to Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, Seaforth (519-527-1390).

Memorial Tree

Each year we hold a tree dedication ceremony at Morrison Dam in Exeter. We purchase a tree to be planted in memory of the lives lost from the previous year.

Our Service Coverage Area

Service AreaWe are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

Potential Additional Transportation Fees

$150 - If transport requires more than one person, additional fee charged per person required
$150 - If transport occurs outside Mon-Fri, 9-5 business hours
