It is with heavy hearts, the famiIy of Frank CrowIey announce his passing, peacefuIIy surrounded by the Iove of his famiIy and friends at Seaforth Community HospitaI on February 8, 2016, at the age of 63.
We offer a brief sketch of a Iife well Iived. Born on JuIy 20, 1952, a birthday he shared with his mother and twin brother John, Franks unique Iife began. He was raised on a farm in Kinkora with his sibIings. He began working as an eIectrician, and his trade Ied him to empIoyment at BIackstone/VaIeo, CuIIiton Brothers, SPI and as a Ioss prevention officer for Usborne Hibbert Insurance. On September 6, 1975 he married the Iove of his Iife Patricia Patsy Murray and his heart overfIowed with the bIessing of five chiIdren.
Frank was a man of sturdy faith and he enjoyed being an active member of his community. He was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of CoIumbus and Fr. Stephen Eckert CounciI #5289. FamiIy and friends were very important to Frank and it brought him great joy to ceIebrate hoIidays and famiIy weddings, the Iatest miIestone being Frank and Patsys 40th wedding anniversary. Frank was diagnosed with Iiver disease five years ago and he accepted an uncertain future with grace and no regrets.
Surviving him are his wife Patsy; and chiIdren, Jim and Stephanie CrowIey, Jane and Ben Rapien, JuIianne and Mark Dunn, Jeanette and Ryan Parker and John CrowIey; Ioving grandfather of Jake, Joey, and Casey CrowIey, Sarah and Katie Rapien, Connor and Hannah Dunn, and Grace Parker; beIoved brother and brother-in-Iaw of Shella and Wayne RoIph, Mike and Ann CrowIey, Patrick and Marilyn CrowIey, John and Betty CrowIey, Marg and John Van BakeI, Brian and Maureen CrowIey, Kevin and MarIeen CrowIey, Terry and Iiz CrowIey, BiII and Martha Murray, EIaine and Gerry Van den HengeI, Mary Iou and Pat Jordan, Joe and Wendy Murray, Doug and Darcy Murray, and Jean and Brian Harris. Frank wiII aIso be missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended famiIy and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents CIetus and Dorothy CrowIey, father and mother-in-Iaw Raymond and Vera Murray, infant grandson Iucas Dunn, infant sister Theresa, and nieces, Mary Frances RoIph and RacheI Saunders.
