After a lengthy battle with his health on Thursday, July 23, 2020 of Granton at the age 82. Beloved husband of Lila Ruth (Westman) Foster for over 62 years. Loving father of Harry Foster and Wendy Barker, and Joan Stiltz and Ken Sherwood all of Granton. Adored grandpa of Robbie Stiltz, Karla and Jason Smith, Brittney and Cody Roger, Bradley Foster and Sam Lambert. Cherished “GG” to Payton Foster and Duncan Roger. Dear brother of Dayle Steenson of Pickering. Robert will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbours and his canine companions Maggie and Molly. He will long be remembered for curating the soundtrack of so many wonderful memories during his 26 years owning and operating B&L Stereo Music. Predeceased by his parents Hillson and Helen Foster.
A family graveside will take at a later date at the Granton Cemetery.
If so desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).
