Loving grandma of Kristin and Kris, Karen, Kate and Greg, Jennifer and Kalle, Kelly and Dean, Dan and Kaylee, Alex and Kassie, Alicia and Tony, and Kelsey and Allin. Dear great-grandma of 17. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Charles and Val McCarter, Ruth Anne and Harold Jaques and Olive Ferguson. Predeceased by her son Ron, parents Nellie and Ernie McCarter, brother Raymond, brothers-in-law Norm and Wilmer and sister-in-law Wilhelmine.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter on Monday from 4-7 PM where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 24th at 11 AM. Cremation with interment Exeter Cemetery.

My sincerest condolences to the whole family. I remember Marie teaching me how to crotchet one day. Mary and I sat there for a long time crocheting away. When Roy and Marie came home from their snowmobiling trail ride she checked out my work. I forgot to make corners in my project and it looked more like an never-ending small bag. She laughed and said it was perfect for her to take on her next trail ride to carry her mickey. She always had a way of making someone feel smart. She always made me feel right at home when I would visit Mary, even though we were in those “terrible teen years”. I will cherish those memories forever.
