I had the pleasure of knowing Ellen through High School, working at Stedmans and having her as a neighbor in our apartment complex in Aurora. I am shocked and saddened to hear of her death. We found each other again on Facebook, however lost touch over the past few years. I will remember her smile, her laughter – a wonderful person taken too soon – God Bless you Ellen!

I had the pleasure of working under the same roof as Ellen. She was fun, fun, fun. I,m sorry for the crosses she had to bear; she did it with such grace. Ellen always had a smile on her face and was often conjuring up some humour or antics. In fact, I suspect the halo she is wearing now may have a bit of a tilt to it.
