At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Thursday, December 25, 2014 of Exeter, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Dyck and the late Alex Jackson. Dear mother of Dave and Julie Jackson of Exeter. Dear grandmother of Adam and Jelaine, and great-grandmother of Alexis. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Peter and Lynn Devlin of Reno, Nevada, Helen and Leon Coolman of Hay Township, Jim and Maureen Denomme of Strathroy, and Betty Devlin of Glasgow, Scotland. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and her good friends Lynn and Mike Veri and Mary Cronyn. Predeceased by her parents John and Jenny Devlin, brothers Arthur and John Devlin and a sister Mima Piggott.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, one west of Main, Exeter, on Monday evening, 7- 9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30th at 11AM with Bob Heywood officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery.
Donations to South Huron Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

What a shock! Irene was one of a kind. Growing up we were all so close like a “2nd Family”. She was my mom’s [Julia] best friend and like a Mom to me as well. We all shared many a “good Time” and those memories will live on forever. Now Irene has joined the rest of them and the good times will carry on up above. Can you imagine the party in heaven.
