Peacefully, at his residence, on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, of London and formerly of Usborne Township, in his 78th year. Beloved partner of Margaret Reid. Dear father of Terri Parsons, and Lynne Dobson both of Goderich, and Rodney Dobson of Seaforth. Dear grandfather of Marissa and Kaylie Dobson. Bob will be missed by Marg’s children Heather and Brian Romphf of Parkhill, and Lori Kelly (and the late Craig) of Ilderton, and their families. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Rosemary and Bill Schaefer of St. Marys, Sandra Dobson of Exeter, and Joyce Dobson of Clinton. Predeceased by his son-in-law Mike Parsons, sister Christine Eveleigh and her husband Allan, and brothers Ross and Larry.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (1 street west of Main) on Friday from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, where the funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th at 11 AM with Bob Heywood officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Make-A-Wish Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
