I’m very sorry for your loss. I loved her like a grandma and many other residents when I worked at Queensway. She was a vibrant soul. She did well and made it to 92, she would be proud of herself for making it that long. May she rest in peace now. It was a privilege to know her and have cared for her.

To Robert, John and Mike, my sincere condolences for the loss of such a wonderful Mom. Lee was so sweet and always opened her home to anyone visiting. I remember as a child stopping by and she always had a candy jar on her counter. We would dig in and sit on her balcony chatting away.

After moving back to Ontario after 30 years, I visited Lee in the nursing home, and she was always smiling. I’m glad I got to see her again. My heart goes out to you all during this difficult time. Rest now Lee.

My condolences to the Dobbs family & Lee’s friends.

Lee was a wonderful women. I’ll miss taking her on shopping trips, asking her what the weather is going to be every morning as she hung the paper up. Seeing her smile when the birds and squirrels would visit for their treats. Most of all I’ll miss decorating her door and putting her gold nail polish on her nails. Truly a remarkable women. I told her I loved her and I always will.

To John, Michael and Robert,

My sincere condolences on the passing of Lee. She will be missed at Queensway. From the handing out of candies and treats to watching her enjoy feeding the birds (especially the cardinals) and the squirrels. She loved her visits from her sons and when John showed up with a new orchid she would proudly show it off. Daily we would quick talk about the latest news and of course politics. She loved reading her Free Press daily and then post the weather outside her door for everyone to view. And Sunday mornings will not be the same as we could always hear the “oldies” from our local radio station coming from her room… RIP Lee.
