Derek passed away suddenIy as the resuIt of a car accident on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Born in Stratford, Ontario, on October 6, 1986, Derek Murray Fischer of Kitchener, was 30 years oId.
Cherished son of colleen (ne Murray) Iowes (Larry) of Seaforth and Laurie Fischer of Kitchener. Ioving brother of Janine Fischer (Conrad NeufeId) of Kitchener and step-brother of Chris Iowes (Christine Skuce) of Woodstock, Brad Iowes (Janyn Doan) of CaIgary and Shawn Iowes (Jenny) of Woodstock. AIso missed by his Grandpa RaIph Fischer (Fran) of Seaforth, and many aunts, uncIes, nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by his grandparents, Frank and Marion Murray and Joyce Fischer, aunt Iouise Murray, uncIe Dan Murray and cousin Courtney Fischer.
Visitation wiII be heId at McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Sunday, October 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Dereks FuneraI wiII be heId at St. James CathoIic Church, 22 Victoria St., Seaforth, on Monday, October 17th at 11 a.m., with Fr. Raju AIIumpurath officiating. Interment wiII take pIace in St. CoIumban CathoIic Cemetery foIIowed by a reception at the Seaforth & District Community Centre.
