Dave and Family; Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.Debbie was a great neighbor and friend who always had time for a chat in the back yard and who had a heart of gold.We will miss her dearly.
Years ago when I was a girl in high school, a few of my friends and I were sitting under a big shade tree across from the school. One of my friends called out to this pretty young girl with long straight hair and invited her to sit with us. This shy girl accepted the invitation and sat crossed legged on the grass beside me. We said hello to each other and told each our names. Then she stretched out her legs in her bell bottom pants and crossed her ankles. As she leaned back on her arms she threw her head back, closing her eyes as she turned up her face to the sun. I will always remember that image of a carefree young girl. Not too many people do I remember exactly how we met but I do remember meeting a very young Debbie Sallows. R.I.P. Debbie…sending condolences to Dave and family. Betty Costello and Tom Costello.
