Carol and I are sorry to hear that Cathy has passed away. Thoughts of her send us back to those awesome days in the late 70’s and well into the 80’s and 90’s. We remember her as a fun loving person who enjoyed many of the same things as we did. She had a great love of the outdoors which tells us she was in touch with the most important things in life. Her passing has lit up a lot of good memories. Our thoughts are with all of her loved ones. Don and Carol.

Dear Holly and Family:

Cathy and I were fast friends and neighbors living directly across from each other growing up on Richmond Street in Hensall. She was my closest friend and confidante, and I could always count on her for a hearty laugh, dances in the street (while belting out our favorite song “Cecilia”), and many spur-of-the-moment adventures involving skipping ropes. Our parents had numerous fun experiences together and we loved being their neighbors. I am thinking of all of you at this difficult time. Cherish the wonderful memories and know that Cathy was loved and adored by so many.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Cathy’s passing. We still always think of you all when we are at camp.

Dearest Holly: I cannot find the words to express how deeply shocked i was to hear of your mother’s passing. Cathy was the youngest of my cousins and has left us too soon. Saddened to hear of the passing of your mom Holly. We have many memories of our shared time in Woodham with Cate. Our little community was tight and supportive of each other. We did see her last year and had a bit of a catch up. We are glad we had that opportunity. She will be missed but her memory will live on.
